Q:How do you ship the orders?
A: This is our standard shipping method:
Orders shipped to street addresses in the continental USPS
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes and rural routes in the continental US: USPS Priority Mail
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs, FPOs: USPS Priority Mail (additional shipping charges may apply).
Orders shipped to all other destinations: USPS Air Mail
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:8 Ball's shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our general turnaround time is 72 hours. However, as with most mail order businesses, we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Q:Can I get my order any faster?
A:For orders shipped to street addresses in the continental United States, we offer USPS Priority Mail Or Express Mail
For PO boxes, rural routes and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS Express Mail, which takes 1 to 2 days.
For international orders, we suggest using Global Express mail, which takes 5 to 7 business days, rather than 7 to 14 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for a delay in your countries customs department.
If you would like to use any of these methods, please indicate your choice in the Shipping Options section during Checkout.
Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly.
Q:How can I check on the status of my order?
A:Easy. Simply enter in a password in the Checkout section, and you'll be able to check the status of your order using the handy link at the bottom of your email confirmation. Or you can email us with your information, and we'll get right back to you. Be sure to provide us with your first and last name, order number, and the date you placed your order.
Q:Do you ship outside the U.S.? How much does it cost?
A: 8 Ball ships all over the world. Your shipping charges will appear in the Checkout section; however, please note that all customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q:I placed an order a week ago, but my credit card hasn't been charged yet. Why?
A:Your credit card is charged when your order is ready to ship, not when you place your order. We do this so that we can hand-check your order to avoid the risk of fraud and error, rather than just have a computer automatically bill your card.
Q:How do I know if the order I placed online went through?
A:An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after you place your order. Normally you will receive this confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will check our records for you.
Q:Is it safe to place orders on your website?
A:Yes, we do have secure online ordering. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption, which is an industry standard encryption program that protects all http transmissions from break-ins by unauthorized parties.
And one more thing....
Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders originating from Indonesia, Java, the Philippines, Singapore, Brazil, Gaza Strip and the African continent, we will not ship to these locations. Sorry.
